Junior Backend & Full-Stack Engineer

Main Missions

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and scalable APIs within an AWS cloud environment.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code using TypeScript and/or Python.
• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver features from initial concept to production.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues under the mentorship of senior engineers to ensure high system reliability.
• Adopt and promote engineering best practices, including automated testing, observability, version control, and modern deployment workflows.

Profile Required

• Early-career professional with up to 2 years of experience in software development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., intensive coding bootcamp, self-taught with a strong portfolio).
• A passion for backend architecture and a desire to grow within a professional engineering culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in at least one backend language: TypeScript (Node.js) or Python.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and clean code principles.
