Junior Attorney – Trusts & Estates (Entry-Level)

About the role

EQUES® Law Group is seeking a motivated entry‑level attorney to join its Trusts & Estates practice. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in estate planning, probate, and client relationship building within a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters.
• Meet with clients to develop personalized estate plans.
• Support senior attorneys in implementing estate planning strategies.
• Collaborate with team members on case preparation and client service.
• Attend hearings, client meetings, and other court appearances.
• Learn to build and manage your own client base under guidance.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio or pending admission.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Coachability, drive, and genuine interest in Trusts & Estates law.

Required skills

• Legal drafting of estate planning documents.
