Junior Associate Financial Accountant

About the role

Re:Sources, the shared services hub of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Junior Associate Financial Accountant to support its US‑market entities. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate month‑end close, intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting in line with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing activities according to departmental timelines.
• Prepare and post moderate‑complexity journal entries for assigned USMT entities.
• Update and maintain financial reports for the monthly close, contributing to accurate group‑wide financial analysis.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate related‑party transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare Financial Monitoring Controls (FMC) and upload them to the Blackline system on schedule.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and information.
• Participate in special projects such as process improvements and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month‑end close procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Blackline or similar financial controls software.
• Proficiency in journal entry preparation and intercompany reconciliation.
