Junior Android Developer (Remote)

About the role

Rare Candy is looking for a Junior Android Developer to help shape the mobile experience for trading‑card collectors. You will work directly with the CTO and the engineering team to deliver new features and improvements for our Android app.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance Android features for the collector‑facing product.
• Integrate with GraphQL APIs and collaborate with backend engineers on client‑server contracts.
• Fix bugs, polish UI, and raise overall app quality.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to turn ideas into shipped experiences.
• Communicate clearly about blockers, questions, and review status.

Required profile

• Early‑career developer comfortable writing production‑ready Kotlin code.
• Passion for mobile product development and willingness to learn quickly.
• Interest in trading‑card or collector communities is a plus.
