About the role

The Head of Purchasing will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process, from supplier negotiation to product delivery, ensuring compliance with regional policies and supporting continuous supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and develop the purchasing team while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle: supplier search, negotiation, order issuance, contract management, delivery, and invoicing.
• Manage supplier relationships (SRM) and evaluate performance against KPIs.
• Control purchasing spend in line with budgets and strategic goals.
• Design and execute negotiation strategies to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and discounts.
• Monitor performance indicators, drive continuous improvement, and report savings and ethical compliance.
• Ensure service levels meet internal client expectations and uphold safety, health, and quality management systems (SG‑SST, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Required profile

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field; specialization in purchasing is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading purchasing functions.
• Proven expertise in the complete procurement cycle and supplier management.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
