About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Project Manager to lead digital experience initiatives for clients in the Financial Services domain. Based in Princeton, NJ, you will coordinate technical teams, manage project timelines, and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions that align with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying resource gaps early to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular status meetings and milestone reviews.
• Guide the team through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
• Monitor quality metrics across all phases and report progress to stakeholders.
• Assist in creating project budgets and tracking financial performance.
• Evaluate scope changes, estimate effort, obtain approvals, and secure client sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information technology project management, preferably within Financial Services.
• Strong risk‑management skills and ability to anticipate challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Commitment to balancing project economics with strategic priorities.
