About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join its Financial Services unit, a global leader in digital transformation for banks, wealth managers and insurers. The role is based in Boston, MA (with potential work in Princeton, NJ) and focuses on building and enhancing AI‑driven, cloud‑enabled applications.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features and integrate updates into existing Java applications while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories and implement test strategies.
• Produce user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
