About the role
Infosys is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Austin, Texas. You will work on AI‑driven digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients.
Key responsibilities
- Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
- Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
- Develop new features and integrate updates into existing Java applications.
- Perform code reviews, maintain repositories and ensure code quality.
- Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
- Create user training material, documentation and support frameworks.
- Resolve production incidents and propose preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

- A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a cross‑functional team.
