About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Developer to join its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on full‑stack development, leveraging Java, Azure cloud services, React JS, and AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions for clients in the retail and logistics sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features in existing Java applications.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and ensure code quality.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities.
