About the role
Infosys is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join its Financial Services unit in New York. You will work on digital transformation projects for banks, wealth managers and insurers, leveraging AI, cloud and data‑led innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
- Participate in design discussions, create process documentation and develop code according to detailed specifications.
- Execute test plans, analyse results, report defects and support performance enhancements.
- Integrate new features into existing systems and ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues and maintain comprehensive documentation.
