About the role

Innovative Facility Services (IFS) is seeking a full‑time Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead a cleaning team in a dynamic facility environment. The role supports both the Maintenance Operations Center and the Field Operations team, ensuring safe and efficient cleaning services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a cleaning crew in a complex, task‑driven environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and respond promptly to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms and other work areas as needed.
• Follow established process flow diagrams and cleaning task schedules.
• Manage shift coverage, handle call support, and ensure daily operational timelines are met.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities and implement timely escalation reporting to IFS management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Ability to adhere to OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer‑service orientation with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Capability to motivate team members and address client requests efficiently.
• Successful completion of IFS background check and drug testing.
