About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide 100% onsite support for our team in Cameron, Louisiana. You will be the first line of defense for hardware and software issues, ensuring employees stay productive.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
- Triage support requests and coordinate with our third‑party IT provider.
- Teach and train staff on new applications and hardware as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes for employees.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of help‑desk experience in a macOS environment (Apple Store Genius experience preferred).
- Apple product certification such as ACSP or ACIT is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Solid understanding of both macOS and Windows operating systems.
