IT Technician

About the role

As an IT Technician you will join a dedicated team that provides in‑house technical support for Reynolds and Reynolds associates. You will handle user calls and tickets, troubleshoot and maintain end‑user systems, and contribute to special projects that explore new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide PC hardware and software support for desktop and laptop users.
• Respond to and resolve user calls and ticket requests.
• Maintain, repair, and upgrade end‑user workstations.
• Manage network devices, VoIP phones, Active Directory accounts, and email administration.
• Support a variety of business applications and assist with special technology projects.

Required profile

• Responsible, dependable, self‑starter with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lb and perform occasional kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
• Capability to identify cable‑color codes for Cat 6 termination.
• 2‑year IT degree or equivalent experience; A+ certification is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings or weekends and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
