IT Support Technician (Toronto)

About the role

Opendoor is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its Toronto office. You will be the primary technical point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring that devices, applications, and office technology run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for Mac and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot core tools such as Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, VPN, and printers.
• Manage in‑office network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting in partnership with IT Engineering.
• Own the ticket lifecycle in Linear (or equivalent), from triage to resolution within SLA.
• Deliver in‑person walk‑up support and remote assistance via chat, email, and video.
• Prepare, image, enroll, and provision devices for new hires; collect, wipe, and reassign devices during off‑boarding.
• Set up and maintain conference‑room audio/video equipment for Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
• Support onsite events and coordinate office moves, seating changes, and build‑outs with Facilities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently onsite.
• Attention to security and data‑handling standards during device lifecycle.
