IT Support Technician – Microsoft 365, AD & Migration

About the role

Proactive Technology Management is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Detroit team. You will provide Microsoft 365, Active Directory and migration support to a variety of client environments, balancing remote troubleshooting with on‑site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 3 technical support for Microsoft 365, AD and related services.
• Perform remote diagnostics and on‑site interventions as needed.
• Use ConnectWise Manage for ticket tracking, time logging and documentation.
• Assist in migration projects and configuration of new equipment.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Tier 3 or specialist IT support.
• Self‑motivated, independent and comfortable communicating with remote teams.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Desire for continuous learning and career growth.
