IT Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Miami office and provide on‑site technical assistance to attorneys and staff. The role involves supporting PCs, phones, audio‑visual equipment, and overall IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth operation of daily business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for PCs, phones, IT peripherals and infrastructure.
• Document incidents and resolutions accurately in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Support meetings, conferences and events with audio‑visual and web‑conferencing equipment.
• Assist office administration projects and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on projects and operational tasks.
• Respond to power, HVAC, network and other office outages.
• Travel on a limited basis as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of corporate IT experience.
• Experience with Cisco VoIP phones and voicemail systems.
• Experience supporting Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Apple iOS and Android devices.
• Experience configuring printers and multifunction devices.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident logging.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
