IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues across our organization. The role involves troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and contributing to process improvements in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Improve support systems and workflows by collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Work closely with Security, Facilities, People Ops, and other groups to ensure seamless employee experiences.
• Provide frontline IT support, handling hardware, software, and network incidents promptly.
• Coordinate vendor procurement, repairs, and maintenance while managing inventory of devices and licenses.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in macOS; working knowledge of Windows is a plus.
• Experience with identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms like Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven troubleshooting ability in macOS environments and experience supporting high‑profile events with AV requirements.
