IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will ensure smooth daily operations of the organization’s computer systems, networks, and hardware. Working on‑site, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist employees with all technology‑related needs.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, mobile phones, and other IT devices.
• Monitor and maintain systems, networks, backups, security cameras, alarms, access control, UPS, and related equipment.
• Respond promptly to service requests and incidents.
• Provide technical support and training across the company, including creating user guides and manuals.
• Set up new user accounts and manage inventory of IT devices.
• Purchase cost‑effective technology equipment and software.
• Repair or replace equipment as needed.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and security controls.
• Plan and coordinate IT projects, collaborating with developers on solutions such as Net at Work, ScanForce, SPS, ASCI, and AI applications.
• Support cybersecurity measures, including antivirus and data protection.
• Assist in deploying and maintaining AI‑based applications and analyze system data with AI tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT coordination, support, or a similar role.
• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Project‑management experience.
