IT Support Specialist – Airport Lounges (Remote/Onsite)

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for its luxury airport lounges. The role combines remote support with on‑site work at JFK Airport, ensuring a seamless, world‑class experience for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, including cameras, POS devices, laptops, and printers.
• Configure, install, and maintain networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPN, WAN/LAN) across lounges and corporate offices.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets and update knowledge‑base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor security and privacy of networks and computer systems, and recommend preventive measures.
• Provide training and guidance to end‑users and support after‑hours or weekend projects as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience in medium or large organizations.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % and pass background/airport security checks.

Required skills

• Network configuration and troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, VPN, WAN/LAN).
• Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Office 365 administration.
• Hardware troubleshooting for cameras, POS devices, laptops, and printers.
