IT Support Associate II – Operations Tech Solutions

About the role

Amazon Operations Tech Solutions (OTS) is seeking an IT Support Associate II to provide on‑site technical assistance across multiple Amazon fulfillment facilities. You will work directly with operations teams to resolve hardware, network, and software issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and follow standard procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires on IT tools and processes.
• Support customers in multiple buildings and remote locations within the assigned geographic area.
• Lift up to 49 lb, stand, walk, and work shifts up to 12 hours, including day and night rotations.
• Travel locally or regionally to provide on‑site assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift 49 lb and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
