IT Support Analyst

About the role

Radiant, a startup developing portable nuclear micro‑reactors, is looking for an IT Support Analyst to be the first line of technical assistance for its employees. Based in El Segundo, CA, you will support both in‑person and remote users, handling hardware, software and network issues while helping the company scale its IT processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for computers, software, hardware, networks and peripherals.
• Manage and triage support tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain the IT inventory of workstations, accessories and related assets.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding of employees and contractors.
• Collaborate with the IT team on user‑facing projects and process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of experience in a help‑desk, IT associate or analyst role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting Windows devices (consumer or enterprise).
• Experience with Jira for ticket management.
• Basic knowledge of IT inventory management.
