IT Support Administrator

About the role
CloudShare is seeking a proactive IT Support Administrator to join its Denver office. You will provide Tier 1‑2 technical support, manage end‑user devices, and help maintain a secure, compliant IT environment for a fast‑growing SaaS company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1‑2 support for hardware, software, network, and account access issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Deploy, configure, onboard, offboard, and manage the lifecycle of workstations and devices.
- Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including user accounts, permissions, MFA, and access controls.
- Support SaaS applications, SSO integrations, and identity‑management platforms.
- Handle endpoint security tasks such as patching, encryption, vulnerability remediation, and device compliance.
- Assist SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance initiatives, evidence collection, and audit readiness.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, phishing reports, and suspicious activity.
- Maintain inventory of laptops, software licenses, and IT assets.
- Support conference‑room AV equipment and remote employee setups.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, SOPs, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and technology rollouts.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar role.
- Hands‑on experience administering both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows and macOS.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications, user provisioning, and identity‑management platforms.
- Familiarity with endpoint‑management tools such as JumpCloud or JAMF.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira.
- Working knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
