IT Security Manager

About the role

The IT Security Manager is responsible for safeguarding all in‑house, cloud‑based systems, servers, and IoT devices. The role combines operational oversight of security solutions with the development of enterprise‑wide security policies, architecture, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security analysts and oversee day‑to‑day security operations.
• Create and maintain security policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures.
• Develop and update Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Research, recommend, and acquire new security products and services.
• Deploy, integrate, and configure security solutions following best practices.
• Monitor server and firewall logs, network traffic, and virus scans; investigate incidents and conduct user activity audits.
• Analyze and remediate security breaches and vulnerability findings promptly.

Required profile

• Experience managing security analysts and coordinating with Information Security, Applications & Development, and Infrastructure & Operations teams.
• Ability to produce and maintain comprehensive security documentation.
• Proactive approach to emerging security threats and alerts.
