IT Project Specialist

About the role

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP seeks a motivated IT Project Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico and the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on project status, ensuring stability of project‑oriented work efforts.
• Establish and implement IT project management processes, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Assemble project plans, assign tasks, monitor progress, identify resource needs, and perform quality reviews.
• Track milestones, adjust plans or resources, and communicate across the enterprise to manage scope, budget, risk, and resources.
• Develop and maintain software applications using .NET, C#, Visual Basic, C++, SQL Management, and web technologies such as Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs following CRUD principles and test applications in QA environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
• Self‑taught ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and a results‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
