IT Operations Lead – $175K – New York

About the role

Our client, a leading AdTech firm, is seeking an IT Operations Lead for its New York office. You will oversee MSP IT support, own information security across Office 365, endpoints and AWS, and drive application support for the company’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MSP IT support for end‑users, providing assistance on Office 365, Windows 11, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.
• Own information security for Office 365, endpoint devices and AWS cloud environments.
• Develop and execute an information and cyber‑security roadmap.
• Collaborate with App Support and Platform teams to roll out applications and products to clients across the United States.
• Support and maintain networking equipment (Cisco), Active Directory, and cloud operations (AWS).

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT operations and end‑user support.
• Strong user‑facing communication skills.
• Information security experience with a solid understanding of modern threats and tools.
• Broad infrastructure knowledge covering networking (Cisco), Active Directory, mobile devices, hardware, and cloud (AWS) operations.
• Experience with automation and DevOps practices and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
