IT Operations Engineer

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a multifaceted IT Operations Engineer to serve as the corporate IT domain expert. You will design, build, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure while supporting global engineering and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing organization.
• Respond to help‑desk requests via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, networks, software, and hardware across Linux, Windows, and macOS platforms.
• Develop and maintain IT processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Deploy, integrate, and administer SaaS applications and manage networking equipment such as VPNs, DNS, firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in IT operations, including system administration, server support, project implementation, and desktop support in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and maintain discipline while remaining flexible.
• Experience creating and improving IT processes and procedures.

Required skills

• Google Workspace or similar collaboration suites.
• Active Directory or comparable identity management systems.
• Linux, Windows, and macOS operating systems.
• Networking protocols and equipment: VPN, DNS, next‑gen firewalls, routers, switches, access points.
• Deployment, integration, and administration of SaaS applications.
• Fortinet network stack (nice to have).
