IT Manager – Lead MSP Support & InfoSec in New York

About the role

Join a leading AdTech firm in New York as an IT Manager, where you will oversee MSP IT support, drive information security initiatives, and ensure seamless application support for internal and client‑facing products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MSP support for end‑users, handling Office 365, Windows 11, mobile devices, and network issues.
• Own information security across Office 365, endpoints, and AWS cloud environments.
• Develop and execute an Information and Cyber Security roadmap.
• Collaborate with App Support and Platform teams to roll out applications and products to US clients.
• Maintain and troubleshoot networking (Cisco), Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT operations and end‑user support.
• Strong communication skills with a user‑facing mindset.
• Solid background in information security and modern threat mitigation.
• Broad infrastructure knowledge covering networking, AD, mobile devices, and AWS Ops.
• Problem‑solving, proactive attitude.
