IT Infrastructure Manager – Post-Merger Integration

About the role

HydraForce is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the integration of its IT environment into the Bosch ecosystem following a recent merger. The role focuses on redesigning network, server, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring continuity for manufacturing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and implement LAN, WAN, and cloud infrastructure to meet Bosch global standards and security policies.
• Establish IT service management processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management, and define KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and OT teams to secure and stabilize production systems.
• Drive compliance with Bosch IT policies, prepare for audits, and support governance activities.
• Manage integration timelines, budgets, and act as the primary liaison between local teams, Bosch corporate IT, and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, technical or project‑management certifications.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network design, and large‑scale integration projects.
