IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager – Managed Services

About the role

As an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager within the Managed Services practice, you will design, implement and optimise cloud‑based IT systems that support business operations. You will ensure seamless network and server functionality while leading client‑focused projects and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure to minimise downtime and support client operations.
• Implement industry‑leading practices for cloud‑based systems to enhance performance and availability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud services.
• Design cloud architecture that aligns with business and client requirements.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of cloud migration and optimisation projects.
• Utilise expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform to drive cloud strategy.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and quality delivery.
• Analyse system interactions to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, address conflicts and engage in critical conversations.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with cloud regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management or Computer‑related fields.
