About the role
The Techno‑Functional Analyst supports and optimizes the Oracle‑based supply chain management systems used globally by Catholic Relief Services. The role blends functional expertise with technical skills to ensure reliable, efficient SCM operations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design end‑to‑end solutions for procurement, inventory, costing and supplier management.
- Configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, handling enhancements, maintenance and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners and internal teams to manage system changes and ensure service quality.
- Lead fit‑gap analysis, user training, deployment and post‑production support for system enhancements.
- Drive data integration, master data management and data‑quality initiatives across enterprise applications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum six years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP or SCM systems.
Required skills
- Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules.
- Data integration and master data management.
- Data governance and data quality practices.
- Enterprise integration platforms and workflow automation.
