IT AI Trainer – Remote, $80/hr

About the role

We are building an AI Labor Marketplace and need seasoned IT experts to help train large language models. As an IT AI Trainer you will create realistic enterprise‑IT scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated outputs, and produce high‑quality benchmark data that reflects real‑world business and technical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and curate authentic IT source documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) that mirror enterprise workflows.
• Develop business prompts that require document analysis, technical reasoning, and decision‑making.
• Produce expert “golden” responses and detailed evaluation rubrics.
• Assess AI‑generated answers for technical accuracy, completeness, and domain expertise.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, technical errors, and unsupported assumptions in model outputs.

Required profile

• U.S.-based IT professionals with hands‑on experience in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage own schedule, and provide own tools.
• Comfort with remote, part‑time, project‑based consulting work.
