IT Administrator – Manage SaaS, Identity & Endpoint Systems

About the role

Republic is seeking a hands‑on IT Administrator to support and scale its investment platform. Based in the New York headquarters, you will work on‑site most days, ensuring the reliability and security of the company’s core IT infrastructure, SaaS ecosystem, and endpoint environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the core SaaS stack, including Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
• Own the Okta identity provider, handling user lifecycle workflows, group management, and access provisioning.
• Oversee MacOS and Windows endpoint fleets using MDM tools such as Scalefusion, Iru, and Kandji; create policies, deploy apps, and schedule patches.
• Act as the liaison between IT and Information Security, monitoring alerts, resolving vulnerabilities, and supporting incident response.
• Maintain Ubiquiti UniFi network components, including access points, switches, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi performance.
• Build and maintain SSO and SCIM integrations between IAM systems and SaaS applications; automate workflows with Zapier or custom code.
• Perform deep‑dive troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis on complex issues.
• Resolve tickets independently using the Freshservice ticketing system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems or IT Administrator in help‑desk or infrastructure teams.
• Proven hands‑on administration of Google Workspace (3+ years).
• Extensive experience with Okta, including lifecycle workflows and access provisioning (3+ years).
• Practical experience setting up SSO and SCIM integrations.
• Solid background with MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or similar.
