Investor Relations Director

About the role

Radiant Industries is building the world’s first mass‑produced portable nuclear microreactors. The company is seeking a senior Investor Relations Director to design and lead the IR function, reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the CEO and Board.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall IR strategy, messaging, and reporting cadence for existing and prospective investors.
• Develop and maintain a structured investor prioritization framework across multiple segments.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team on financing processes, including material preparation, diligence coordination, and investor Q&A.
• Create and update core IR assets such as presentations, data rooms, financial models, one‑pagers, and FAQs.
• Manage ongoing investor communications, quarterly updates, ad‑hoc inquiries, and board meeting materials.
• Monitor market dynamics and capital‑market trends in nuclear, energy, and advanced technology sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or leading an Investor Relations function at a high‑growth technology or energy company.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financing processes, and investor decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills with senior‑level stakeholders, including investors, board members, and executives.
• Track record of managing complex financial disclosures and investor presentations.
