Investment Banking Analyst

About the role

Titan Partners is looking for an entry‑level Analyst to join its Investment Banking team. The role will support both private and public capital market transactions, helping clients navigate equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior bankers to execute equity and debt offerings, M&A transactions, and other advisory projects.
• Conduct financial research and analysis to support new business generation and ongoing client engagements.
• Coordinate industry and company‑specific due‑diligence activities for live transactions.
• Assist in structuring deals and developing creative solutions that meet client objectives while adhering to market and regulatory constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience or strong academic background in financial analysis.
• Preferred SIE certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to build complex financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
