Investment Advisory (IWS) Operations Specialist

About the role

Osaic Investment Advisory (IWS) is hiring an Operations Specialist in its Investment Advisory Support team. You will help advisors, their clients and colleagues with operational and service activities for qualifying advisory accounts (WMP) by phone, supporting products, platforms and processes so that customers' stated and unstated needs are met. The role is full-time, non-exempt, paid $48,000-$52,000 per year plus an annual performance-based bonus, with additional benefits such as health, vision and dental insurance, 401k and paid time off. Applicants must live in one of the listed hubs and be willing to work a hybrid schedule of at least 4 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer advisor questions, research issues and complete transactions to provide strong service and support
• Support investment advisory needs across channels using product, platform and process knowledge, processing work items and requests
• Navigate advisory platforms such as Envestnet (WMP) and core platforms such as IWS and NFS (Wealthscape)
• Educate advisors on where to find online information and self-serve solutions
• Meet satisfaction, quality and production goals and log interactions in the CRM system
• Keep up to date on changes to industry and business processes and perform other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience is considered instead
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services operations or a broker-dealer setting
• At least 2 years in a customer service operation or contact center
• Preferred: 4+ years of related brokerage experience, 1+ year of investment advisory experience, FINRA SIE exam completion, and experience with Envestnet / Wealth Management Platform
