Inventory Specialist

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join its Foot & Ankle business unit in Houston, TX. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing orders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship products to replenish internal and field inventory based on sales orders, transfer orders, and representative requests.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and weekly restock orders following established procedures.
• Put away finished goods in designated locations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Create and update transaction records in NetSuite ERP, including transfer orders, fulfillments, receipts, and inventory adjustments.
• Manage receipt of inventory, entering data into the ERP system and organizing related documentation.
• Communicate inventory needs and updates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and Executive teams.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management or a related logistics function.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP software.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes, including cycle counts and restocking.
