Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team. In this onsite position you will ensure inventory accuracy, support material flow for production, and coordinate shipping and receiving across our Pittsburgh and Oakdale facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
• Perform regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Create work orders, kit components, and issue materials based on ERP pick lists.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of outgoing orders.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, or shortages.
• Track usage trends, forecast stock levels, and help prevent shortages or overstock.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, labeled, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and operations to improve inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work hands‑on in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials and operate hand trucks and warehouse equipment safely.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
