Inventory Control Team Lead - 2nd Shift

About the role

Enovis is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Team Lead for the second shift at its DFW Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas. This role blends hands‑on warehouse operations with leadership responsibilities, ensuring accurate inventory, high productivity, and a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of inventory drivers to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Prepare and manage replenishment reports to support efficient inventory flow.
• Investigate discrepancies, conduct cycle counts, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Track and report KPI metrics, coaching team members to improve performance and reduce errors.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture throughout the warehouse.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for warehouse processes and inventory systems.
• Train, mentor and support second‑shift staff on standard and advanced procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, distribution, or materials handling.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Commitment to safety and ability to promote a safety‑first culture.
• Full‑time work authorization in the United States now and in the future.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Experience performing cycle counts and managing KPI dashboards.
