Inventory Control Agent

About the role

The Inventory Control Agent will join Cresco Labs’ warehouse team in Fall River, supporting accurate inventory management across cultivation, work‑in‑progress, bulk and finished‑goods stock. Working closely with inventory management and other departments, you will help ensure precise data for customer order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of finished‑goods items in electronic inventory systems.
• Execute monthly cycle counts for all system locations and compile summary reports.
• Conduct an annual comprehensive cycle count and present findings.
• Verify that bulk material and finished goods are physically and electronically accurate.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and support audit processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance for a Monday‑Friday schedule (7:00 am – 3:30 pm).

Required skills

• Experience with electronic inventory systems or similar data entry tools.
