Inventory Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Analyst supports the Inventory Advisor and Warehouse Management teams, as well as external Levi departments, ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth coordination of value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Inventory Advisor in managing seasonal product changes, sundries, and defect tracking.
• Analyze, process, and maintain inventory controls, focusing on upstream and downstream VAS coordination.
• Monitor vendor compliance and inventory accuracy, escalating issues as needed.
• Identify trends through data analysis and communicate solutions to resolve inventory problems.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Advisor to define additional assignments and improve work procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb on an as‑needed basis.
• Ability to work without supervisory responsibilities and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
