Interview Engineer & Content Creator – Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile professional who can combine technical interviewing, content creation, and hands‑on software development. The role is fully remote, supporting US time zones, and is part of a Los Angeles‑based consultancy that serves technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews using predefined scripts and evaluation rubrics.
• Create interview guides, coding challenges, evaluation rubrics, interview summaries and short tutorial videos.
• Develop and maintain sample code and reference implementations for candidate assessments.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance interview preparation, content generation and development tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent English, preferably with an American accent.
• Proven experience in software engineering with at least one mainstream language.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and web application architecture.
• Experience creating technical interview materials and coding challenges.
• Ability to manage time and collaborate remotely across US time zones.
