Interventional Pain Physician – Vero Beach, Palm Bay & Melbourne, FL

About the role

The Interventional Spine and Pain Institute is seeking a full‑time Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient pain management across its Vero Beach, Palm Bay and Melbourne locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, work up, diagnose, treat, manage and follow up patients with complex pain conditions.
• Perform fluoroscopic and ultrasound‑guided interventional procedures and oversee pharmacologic pain management.

Required profile

• MD or DO with residency training (Anesthesiology, Neurology, PM&R preferred) and fellowship in Pain Medicine preferred.
• Active Florida medical license, DEA registration and proficiency with modern EHR systems.

Required skills

• Fluoroscopic and ultrasound‑guided interventional techniques.
• Strong knowledge of interventional pain procedures and pharmacologic management.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary guarantee ($350k) with variable incentives up to $700k annually, PTO, paid holidays, licensure reimbursement, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, profit‑sharing and ASC partnership tracks.
• Standard clinic hours 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, no weekends or holidays; relocation and sign‑on bonus considerations.
