International Tax Services Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an International Tax Services Manager to advise multinational clients on structuring global tax positions, optimizing tax efficiency, and mitigating risk. You will lead projects, coach a team, and leverage technology to deliver high‑quality tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze international tax laws and regulations to develop efficient tax strategies.
• Structure global tax positions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of tax projects.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Review work to enhance quality and address client or stakeholder issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or equivalent tax/finance qualification.

Required skills

• Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) expertise.
• Knowledge of Controlled Foreign Companies (CFC) taxation.
• Corporate tax planning and financial risk management.
• International taxation and integrated global structuring.
• Tax compliance and tax auditing.
