International Tax M&A - Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its International Tax team. You will advise multinational corporations, private‑equity firms and private companies on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, helping them structure deals, manage post‑deal integration and optimise cross‑border tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex cross‑border tax issues and stay current on relevant legislation.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews with clients and their tax advisors to gather necessary information.
• Oversee post‑deal structuring, evaluate exit strategies and ensure tax efficiency.
• Lead large‑scale projects, innovate processes and maintain operational excellence.
• Interact directly with senior client representatives to drive project success.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level experience in international tax and M&A.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high‑performing, diverse teams.
• Strong judgment, capable of navigating ambiguity and escalating when needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic advisory mindset.
