International Tax M&A Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced International Tax M&A Manager to join its FSGS M&A team. You will advise multinational corporations, private equity firms and private companies on tax aspects of due diligence, deal structuring and cross‑border tax planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax due‑diligence and structuring engagements for complex M&A transactions.
• Analyse cross‑border tax issues, legislative updates and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Communicate findings and opportunities to senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
• Proven experience leading tax advisory projects in an M&A context.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
