Internal Communications Manager

About the role

The HP Solutions (HPS) team is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead employee communications and engagement initiatives. You will connect employees to business priorities, culture, and organizational goals through strategic messaging and high‑quality content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee communication strategies aligned with HPS business priorities.
• Create a consistent narrative that reinforces HP Solutions’ value, strategy, and direction.
• Draft and deliver internal communications such as announcements, leadership updates, campaigns, and event materials.
• Design messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and multi‑quarter communication roadmaps.
• Gather employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
• Plan and execute All Employee Meetings, leadership events, and related engagement communications, including content creation, speaker preparation, video production, technical coordination, surveys, and follow‑up.
• Manage the HPS intranet and other internal communication platforms.
• Oversee enterprise communication tools, including email distribution platforms like Poppulo.
• Collaborate with CoS teams and agencies to produce multimedia content (videos, presentations, infographics, digital assets).
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track communication effectiveness and project status.
• Provide editorial guidance, writing support, and communications consulting across the organization.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, contractors, and related budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in employee/internal communications, journalism, marketing, or similar fields.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑wide communication programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging content.
