Internal Communications Manager

About the role

The HP Solutions (HPS) team is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to shape employee communications and engagement. You will connect staff to business priorities, culture, and organizational goals through strategic messaging and high‑impact events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee communication strategies aligned with HPS business priorities.
• Create a consistent narrative that reinforces HP Solutions’ value, strategy, and direction.
• Draft and deliver internal communications such as announcements, leadership updates, campaigns, and event materials.
• Design messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, and multi‑quarter roadmaps.
• Gather employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
• Plan and execute All Employee Meetings, leadership events, and engagement communications, including content creation, speaker prep, video production, technical coordination, surveys, and follow‑ups.
• Manage the HPS intranet and other internal communication platforms.
• Oversee enterprise communication tools, including Poppulo email distribution.
• Collaborate with CoS teams and agencies to produce multimedia content (videos, presentations, infographics).
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track effectiveness and engagement.
• Provide editorial guidance and communications consulting across the organization.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, contractors, and related budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in employee/internal communications, journalism, or marketing.
• Proven track record managing enterprise‑wide communication programs and employee engagement initiatives.
