Internal Communications Director – Global Investments & Commercial

About the role

The Internal Communications Director will lead global communication strategies for Invesco’s Investments, Distribution, Product and Marketing functions. Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Communications, you will shape narratives, engage employees and support senior leaders in delivering the firm’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with business objectives and employee engagement goals.
• Partner with Executive Leadership Team members to craft business‑aligned messages and drive cultural cohesion.
• Advise senior leaders on communication approaches for complex, sensitive initiatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, regional teams and functional partners to ensure consistent messaging worldwide.
• Measure impact of communication programs and refine tactics based on feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in internal communications within a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling ability and executive presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑visibility projects simultaneously.
