Intern, Operations Transformation

About the role

Moog’s Commercial Aircraft Group is seeking a full‑time fall 2026 Operations Transformation intern. Based onsite in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY, the intern will support the Project Management team with engineering tasks, process improvement initiatives, and business‑process support.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of key engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
• Assist with continuous‑improvement projects, business‑process support, and project engineering activities.
• Offer input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Collaborate as a multidisciplinary member of a creative, independent team.
• Represent Moog in a professional manner consistent with its technical reputation.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or related Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or as specified by the department).
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
• Professional disposition, effective communication, strong desire to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export‑controlled information.
