About the role

Moog’s Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering team within the Space and Defense Group is looking for a part‑time fall 2026 intern. The role is based onsite in East Aurora, NY and offers hands‑on experience supporting engineering projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of core engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement, business process support, or project engineering activities based on academic background.
• Contribute input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Collaborate as a multidisciplinary team member and represent Moog professionally.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an Industrial Engineering or related engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (specific requirement set by department).
• Ability to relocate for the internship duration.
• Professional disposition, effective communication, strong desire to learn, positive attitude, and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export‑controlled information.
